School Closes Friday 22 December 2017  3.20 pm - Re-opens Tuesday 9 January 2018 8.45 am.

We have had a successful autumn term on the sports pitches, three children represented the East Riding cross country school team and two children represented a Hull select basketball team. A marvellous achievement.

The boys’ football team were champions of their league and the mixed team won the Cottingham Cluster Cup.

Currently attendance is 96.8%, a good effort by everyone.

Special Mentions

Every week one child is chosen from each class to win the coveted award of Pupil of the Week. This award is given for various reasons, such as; being polite, listening well in class, working to the best of your ability and following the rules in school.

The Consortium Academy Trust

Based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, The Consortium Academy Trust was formed in September 2017 by the coming together of Cottingham High School and Sixth Form College, The Hessle Academy and Wolfreton School and Sixth Form College.

The three founding schools have a successful history of partnership working, having operated Consortium Sixth Form arrangements for over 25 years.

The Consortium Academy Trust looks forward to providing high quality support and governance to other local schools, both as a sponsor and for schools looking to convert to academy status wishing to join us.
