We provide an excellent variety of meals for all children and free school meals for Key Stage 1, which are all cooked on our premises daily and served to our children in our school hall.
We are very fortunate to be able to offer a varied menu consisting of a main hot meal or a school sandwich, all of which are served with vegetables. This is followed by a choice of pudding, fresh fruit or yoghurt, water is also available.
The cost of each meal is £2.10 which is considerably less than the Local Authority recommendation, and it is our express desire to keep costs to a minimum. If you wish to pay online follow this link schoolgateway.com

Snacks and Drinks
All children are welcome to bring in a healthy snack and drinks of water from home. We have a very successful Fruit Tuck Shop which is open during morning break, it stocks a variety of fruits, fruit juice, water and homemade cookies. The children are also encouraged to bring with them a bottle of water to have during lessons.
In addition, we provide all our Foundation Stage children with a drink of milk each day – this is essential for healthy development and over and above the stated statutory requirement.
We have a popular Breakfast Club which operates daily from 8.00am to 8.45am. The children are welcomed by members of our own staff and provided with a healthy nutritious breakfast comprising of cereals, muffins or toast, juice or milk and yoghurt.
After eating their breakfast the club members enjoy socialising and playing together before the start of the school day, in a warm, friendly, family environment.
Sessions can be booked on line via SchoolComms and are priced at £3.00 per child.
